 Bawn in the Mash is an experimental folk quintet from Western Kentucky. Since 2004 they have performed over 300 shows across the country, ranging from trips on the Delta Queen Steamboat to hosting their own festival 'Cluckin' and Pluckin', performing with folks like Peter Rowan, Kenny Malone, Donnie Herron, Jamie Hartford, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Tim Carroll, Vince Herman and Justin Townes Earle, and headlining music festivals like the Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion, Appalachian Uprising, Grateful Fest, the Americana Folk Festival, and Master Musicians Festival. They currently have 3 studio albums available worldwide with a self-produced 4th album set for Fall 2010 release. Bawn in the Mash is officially endorsed by D'Addario Strings.
